       Norma spent a half-day presenting her "Cold Calling for Hot Sales" program to our sales force. Our sales team consists of novice to practiced salespeople, with experience ranging from one week to 33 years.

       Her presentation was extremely well received. Norma's style encourages dialogue arid debate of all of the information presented. The high points of (a) call, call, call; (b) be persistent it's a tough job; and (c) the importance and composition of scripts and questions were all right on point.

       Though these points are constantly repeated during our internal training sessions and internal correspondence, I believe the message was much better heard since the presentation was by someone outside our organization.
